description:
Weighted Base Scores, Conservation Scores, and Restoration Scores were calculated using the Criterion Decision Plus 4 (CDP4) model weighting software by InfoHarvest Inc. These weights were imported into ArcMap using the Ecosystem Management Support (EMDS) environment. The metrics used in CDP4 to establish weighted scores are included in this data set as well as some additional information to assist in reviewing and better understanding the accuracy of the metrics themselves.

licenseInfo:
This dataset has been developed as a communication tool. All lands within the Snohomish Floodplain are of highest importance for conservation and/or restoration. In a limited budget situation, these high priority areas need to be reviewed to further highlight the highest of the high. The intent of this dataset is to use quantitative values to provide a visual of the relative ease and benefit of conservation and restoration actions across portions of the Snohomish Floodplain. While this data helps us communicate the relative importance of each floodplain unit, it is imperative to remember that all lands within the floodplain need protecting and acquisition priorities are subject to change based on parameters both modeled and unmodeled.
